Rules

Woodland Park is a deed-restricted community governed by rules and regulations to protect its homeowners and their property. Some of the most asked about rules and regulations in our CCRs include the following.
 

Approval required for:

• Any changes, alterations, additions, reconstruction, color change to exterior of your home

• Temporary Structures (POD, trailer, tent, mobile home, boat, RV)

• Propane, Gas tanks

• Fences, Walls and Hedges

• Removal of trees

• Change in Grade Level of Land

 

Vehicles:

• Overnight parking on the streets is prohibited

• Speed limit is 25mph on all streets

• Parking any on grass, landscape area, sidewalks is prohibited

• No visible RVs, boats, trailers, commercial vehicles

• Vehicles with commercial lettering and signs are prohibited

• Vehicle repairs and painting are prohibited

• Only duly licensed motorcycles, go-carts, ATVs, golf carts are allowed on streets

 

Pets:

• Please keep your dogs on a leash and scoop their poop

• Attack dogs are not permitted

• Board reserves the right to restrict certain dog breeds that are deemed dangerous, at their discretion

Miscellaneous:

• Place your garbage cans, lawn & garden bags on the curb AFTER 4 pm the night prior to pick up

• No political or advertising signs in your yard, except home security service

• No Real Estate signs in the front entrance

• No Trade or Business: Except for a non-traffic “home office”

• Leasing restrictions: Minimum 90 days, no more than 2x per year (No Air BNB/VRBO)

• Lots must be kept tidy, grass mowed, weeds/underbrush cleared, etc.
